The Bull Blackhorn 24" Ceramic Kamado Grill Head is Bull's flagship ceramic cooker, built to drop into an outdoor kitchen island. Thick ceramic walls hold heat and moisture, so it can run low and slow for brisket and ribs, then climb past 600°F for a hard sear on steaks.
Bull's Axis Adjustable Multi-Level Cooking System comes included, letting you set up direct and indirect zones at different heights in the same cook. The ceramic pizza stone doubles as a heat deflector plate, dual vents give precise airflow control, and an easy lift-out ash bucket makes cleanup quick. Note: this is the grill head only. The version on Bull's cart is sold separately.
