The Fire Magic Echelon E1060i is a 48" built-in gas grill with an analog thermometer, the 48" size in the Echelon Diamond line above the 36" E790i and 30" E660i. Cast stainless steel "E" burners supply 112,000 BTUs across a 48" x 22" (1,056 sq. in.) cooking surface topped with patented Diamond Sear grids, while two backburners totaling 22,000 BTUs handle rotisserie cooking. Push-to-light hot-surface ignition, angled halogen oven lamps and back-lit knobs make it easy to use day or night.
Built from 304 stainless steel, it drops into a 50" wide outdoor kitchen cutout. An optional infrared sear burner can be factory-installed in the left position at no extra charge. Prefer app-connected temperature monitoring? The E1060i is also offered with a digital touchscreen thermometer.
