You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All returns must be pre-approved, unused, and in their original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the customer’s responsibility. Custom, used, or discontinued items are non-returnable, and credits are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

KoKoMo Grills are built for exceptional durability and backed by a robust warranty to protect your investment. The grill housing and hood are covered by a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Burners and grates are covered for 10 years, all other parts for 2 years, and grill accessories for 30 days.
