The Broil King® Baron™ S 590 PRO IR features 570 sq. in. primary cooking surface and includes a durable cast aluminum oven, 5 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, illuminated control knob lights, stainless steel 8mm rod cooking grids, stainless steel warming rack, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, and electronic ignition. The S 590 PRO IR features a powerful infrared side burner with solid stainless steel 8mm rod cooking grid, stainless steel drop-down side shelves, and an enclosed black cabinet base.
Every component is crafted for power and performance to maximize flavor while minimizing fuel use. These precision-engineered components are the backbone of Broil King’s Legendary Cooking System.
Flav-R-Cast™ Cooking Grids
Heavy cast or stainless grids evenly distribute conductive heat for the perfect steakhouse sear. The deep inverted
“V design” vaporizes juices right at the grilling surface for great flavour in either position.
Flav-R-Waves™
Made from durable stainless steel, the Flav-R-Waves™ protect the burners and evenly distribute infra-red and convective heat to vaporize juices and maximize flavour.
Dual-Tube™ Burners
Patented Tube in Tube design ensures a balanced flame from front to back, while two rows of flame per burner provide exceptionally even heat distribution from side to side, resulting in unmatched performance.
Thermo-Flow™ Cook Box
The intake air is precisely calibrated to optimize combustion and minimize airflow, resulting in even heating and fuel-efficient grilling whether the
lid is up or down.

Warranty
Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners, Flav-R-Wave cooking system, and rear rotisserie burner are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. All remaining parts and paint are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

Return & Refund Policy
Freight Receiving & Damage Policy
BBQ Source Pro is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages once the product leaves our facility.
Your signature on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or warehouse receipt constitutes full acceptance of the shipment "as is" and in good condition.
Important: Failing to inspect your delivery before signing the BOL can void your ability—and ours—to file a damage claim, even in cases of concealed damage. Once signed, all responsibility transfers to you.
Upon Delivery: Your Responsibilities
To protect your order and ensure eligibility for a freight claim, please follow these steps:
- Inspect all items as they are unloaded.
- Open all cartons and containers to check for concealed damage.
- Document any damage or shortages on the BOL before signing. Be sure to include:
- A detailed description of the issue
- The condition of the packaging
Do not let the driver rush you. Carriers must wait until you sign the BOL.
If Damage Is Found
Visible Damage:
- Refuse the delivery.
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) number from BBQ Source Pro.
- The damaged shipment will be returned at no cost to you.
Concealed Damage:
- Immediately photograph the item and packaging.
- Keep all original packaging and do not move the item.
- Contact BBQ Source Pro Inside Sales at 1-800-476-6164 to initiate a claim and request an inspection.
A damage report must be filed within 2 days of delivery.
Reporting concealed damage does not guarantee credit, but timely reporting increases your chances.
Merchandise Returns
- No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
- Authorized returns must be prepaid and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include a copy of the original invoice.
- No returns are accepted on furnace or air conditioner parts.
